The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand, racy and offers a very fine power / intensity as well as a fine richness. It reveals notes of wild red berries, blackberry and small notes of black berries associated with small / fine touches of cherry, olive / grove as well as discreet hints of gray pepper, nutmeg and toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a small suavity, fluidity, a small acid frame, a fine tension, a good guideline, precision, a good finesse of the grain, a racy minerality as well as a beautiful and gourmande matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe wild red berries, blackberry and small notes of cherry, blueberry associated with touches of licorice / zan, cardamom, chocolate and caramelization. Tannins are fine and a bit firm. Good length. There are a very discreet hint of licorice, vanilla and caramelization on the finish / persistence.
