The nose is elegant, fine, aromatic and offers complexity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of boysenberry, fleshy plum and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with touches of flowers, Sichuan pepper, grilled, fleshy small fruits as well as hints of Sichuan pepper, chocolate, toasted and a very discreet hint of tea. The palate is elegant and offers juiciness, dynamism, delicacy, a racy minerality, a small mineral frame, a good definition as well as a very slightly tight structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy blue berries and small notes of flowers, red berries associated with touches of blackberry, plum, chocolate, almond, caramelization and discreet hints of almond in the background (brings gourmandise). Good length and good persistence. A very slight chew on the finish. The finish is very slight.
