It reveals notes of cherry, cassis bud and small ripe berries associated with hints of lily / cornflowers as well as very discreet hints of cardamom, licorice stick and spices. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers suavity, a small gourmandise, tension, a good guideline as well an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy wild blue berries, cornflowers/ lily associated with small notes of cassis, plum, wild strawberry as well as discreet hints of liquorice hints (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of gray pepper (in the background). Good length. The finish slightly tight.
