Domaine Fougeray de Beauclair – Les Boivins 2015 – Marsannay 

The nose is fruity, elegant, well-built and offers a very slight intensity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of wild berries, gray pepper and small notes of Quetsche plum associated with touches of crushed cherry / strawberry, blue fruits as well as very discreet hints of violet / cornflowers, racy mineral and a very discreet hint of spices. The palate is fine, elegant, fruity and offers a beautiful suavity, roundness, a good volume, a beautiful finesse / guideline as well as a slight acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy wild blue berries, blackberry and small notes of plum associated with touches of red berries, crunchy strawberry, very discreet hints of fresh flowers as well as very discreet hints of Zan and toasted. Good length. Good freshness and a good definition.
