Nuiton-Beaunoy 2016 – Santenay 

The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a fine fleshiness, a slight richness, a slight complexity as well as a fine captivating side. It reveals notes of black cherry, blackberry and small notes of plum associated with touches of ripe strawberry, fleshy red cherry as well as a discreet hint of flowers / violet, an imperceptible hint of butter, spices and tea. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful finesse, precision, minerality, a beautiful suavity, delicacy as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of plum, blackberry and small notes of black cherry associated with small touches of violet, blueberry as well as very discreet hints of graphite, spices and Zan. Tannins are fine, elegant, well-built and very discreetly firm.
