It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, cherry bigarreau and small notes of wild small fruits associated with a touch of crushed wild strawberry, blueberry / flowers as well as discreet hints of liquorice, spices, an imperceptible hint of blond tobacco and Timut pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, finesse, a small tension, an aerial side, an acidulous frame, a fine suavity as well as a beautiful delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy / juicy black cherry and small notes of fleshy wild berries associated with a touch of fleshy/ripe red fruits, blueberry as well as discreet hints of flowers, spices, oak / toasted, a very discreet hint of menthol and an imperceptible hint of mocha (in the background). Tannins are fine, elegant and structuring. There is an imperceptible hint of almond / hazelnut on the persistence (brings gourmandise and suavity). A beautiful wine!
