The nose offers a slight power and a slight concentration. It reveals notes of wild black berries, cuben pepper and small notes of flowers, wild red berries associated with discreet hints of nutmeg, olive tree and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, gourmandise, a beautiful finesse of the grain, good definition, a pretty suavity, silkiness as well as a small mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy wild raspberry and small notes of wild berries associated with small touches of blue fruits, lily / cornflowers as well as hints of Zan, vanilla, chocolate and an imperceptible hint of Ceylon tea (in the background). Tannins are fine and elegant. There is a very discreet hint of coffee on the finish / persistence.
