The nose is elegant and well-built. It reveals notes of blackberry and wild red fruits associated with small touches of blue fruits, cherry, hints of flowers / cornflowers, gray pepper as well as discreet toasted hints, mocha and tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a small juiciness, finesse, a mineral frame, tension, gourmandise as well as dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry and fleshy wild red fruits associated with small touches of blue fruits, cherry, cassis skin as well as hints of flowers (cornflowers, iris), chocolate, caramelization and discreet hints of tobacco. Tannins are well-built. Good length. There is a very discreet chew on the finish.
