The nose is powerful and offers concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild berries and small notes of crunchy wild raspberry associated with small touches of Zan, Cuben pepper as well as discreet toasted hints / blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, minerality, suavity, a slight tension as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crushed blackberry and small notes of ripe black berries associated with slight touches of red berries, coffee, toasted and spices / Cuben pepper. Good length. Tannins are a bit firm and young. There is a hint of vanilla and a toasted hint/ caramelization on the finish / persistence.
