The nose is racy and elegant. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of boysenberry, fleshy wild blackberries and fleshy raspberry combined with touches of cherry, ripe /crushed red berries as well as discreet hints of zan, violet and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, well-built, precise and offers a fine tension, a fine minerality, an acidulous frame, a fine straightness as well as juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry and small fleshy black berries associated with touches of raspberry, red berries, strawberry, toasted hints as well as a very discreet hint of cardamom and vanilla. Tannins are fine and very discreetly firm. Good length.
