It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of menthol, blueberry as well as discreet hints of Cuben pepper, caramelization, discreet toasted hints and chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a good definition, a slight juiciness, gourmandise as well as a slight minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of crunchy strawberry associated with fine touches of cassis as well as slight hints of liquorice / Zan as well as discreet hints of tobacco. Tannins are fine, a bit firm and offer a very slight chew. Good length.
