The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acidulous frame, suavity as well as a small juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, wild strawberry and small notes of wild raspberry associated with small touches of blackberry jam, acidulous redcurrants candy, licorice as well as slight hints of chocolate hints, oaky / toasted touches and very slight hints of tobacco (in the background). Tannins are fine, very slightly tight and very slightly firm. Good length.
