The nose is aromatic, fruity and offers a small concentration / richness. It reveals notes of cassis, crushed boysenberry and small notes of crushed black berries associated with small touches of jammy raspberry, jammy cherry as well as touches of spices and a discreet toasted hint. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful freshness, tension, suavity as well as a good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, juicy black berries and small notes of jammy raspberry combined with touches of blueberry, coffee, cocoa as well as discreet hints of spices and caramelization on the finish. Tannins are fine and a bit firm. Very slight chews on the finish. Presence of a very discreet touch of almond on the aftertaste. A juicy wine !
