The nose offers elegance, minerality as well as a slight richness. It reveals notes of fleshy boysenberry and fleshy raspberry combined with small touches of wild strawberry, slight hints of caramelization, slight toasted hints as well as discreet hints of spices and nutmeg. The palate is mineral, well-balanced, very slightly tight, elegant and offers a small freshness, a good definition, tension, finesse, a good structure, a slight gourmandise, a slight roundness, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a slight power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, wild strawberry and small notes of juicy cassis combined with slight touches of tonka bean, nutmeg, spices and slight toasted touches / sweet spices. Tannins are very slightly firm. Chew on the finish. There are slight touches of almond and cocoa on the persistence.
