The nose is elegant, fine and offers power as well as concentration (but full of finesse). It reveals notes of Boysenberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of cassis, small ripe wild berries, Ceylon tea, gray pepper as well as slight / discreet hints of liquorice and chocolate. The palate is fruity, fine, elegant and offers a beautiful delicacy, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a small fat, roundness, a slight minerality as well as a beautiful definition. Everything is in place. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, cassis, fleshy wild strawberry and slight touches of black cherry, small wild berries associated with hints of liquorice, dark chocolate / cocoa as well as discreet hints of caramelization, blue fruits and almonds. Tannins are fine and elegant. Beautiful gourmandise on the persistence.
