The nose is aromatic, elegant, well defined and offers delicacy. It reveals notes of mirabelle plum, fleshy peach and small notes of quince, mountain flowers associated with fine touches of kumquat, nutmeg as well as very discreet hints of butter and an imperceptible touch of spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, tension, suavity as well as a good precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, fleshy mirabelle plum and small notes of physalis, small yellow fruits associated with fine hints of honey, flowers, acacia, gunflint as well as a very discreet hint of fresh almond. Good length. Beautiful, slightly acidulous, fruity and gourmande persistence. There are slight hints of ripe almond on thepersistence (bring chews).
