The nose is aromatic and offers a small richness as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of quince, small green plum and touches of citrus associated with a touch of vine peach and points of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-structured and offers a beautiful freshness, a beautiful definition, the minerality, a fine tension, gourmandise, a slight straightness, a fine acidulous frame as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, crunchy small green plum and small notes of juicy peach associated with small touches of citrus (tangerine …) and slight hints of fine minerality and butter / vanilla. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of green nuts on the aftertaste.
