The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine tension, a fine suavity, gourmandise, a very fine unctuosity, freshness as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy mirabelle plum, crunchy physalis and small notes of citrus associated with small touches of butter, caramel, white flowers as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg and cinnamon. Good length. Very slight tannic sensation and fine chews on the finish / persistence. There are slight hints of fresh almond on the finish / persistence.
