Domaine des Avanchés – Chardonnay, Cuvée Aéria 2015 – L’Etoile

The nose is aromatic, flowery and well-built. It reveals notes of wild flowers, acacia and small notes of citrus, kumquat associated with a hint of peach and almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness, a good freshness, a beautiful definition / finesse, dynamism, fat, a beautiful guideline, delicacy as well as a very slight unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of citrus, acacia and small notes of mirabelle plum, crunchy peach associated with small touches of flowers as well as fine touches of crunchy almond and an imperceptible hint of green nuts. Good length. Fine chews on persistence. Presence of a hint of almond on the persistence (brings gourmandise and chew). A beautiful wine!
