The nose is aromatic, elegant, racy and offers minerality, a beautiful richness (but full of finesse) as well as a slightly tight grain. It reveals notes of small yellow fruits, fresh almonds, nutmeg / cumin as well as discreet hints of white fruit and a subtle hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, beautifully fresh, well-balanced, elegant, a bit on restraint and offers suavity, a good acid frame and a tannic structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy mirabelle plum and quince associated with small notes of yellow berries, fresh almond as well as discreet hints of flowers, spices, nutmeg and crunchy almond. Good length. Beautiful and gourmande persistence.
