The palate is fruity, elegant, soft, delicate and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, fat, suavity, a beautiful minerality, a very fine unctuosity, a beautiful guideline, a beautiful balance as well as a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of mirabelle plum, quince and small notes of butter associated with small touches of green apple, yellow peach, small yellow fruits, muscat, mountain flower and a touch of almond. Good length and beautiful persistence.
