(40% Poulsard, 30% Trousseau, 30% Pinot Noir) The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of raspberry, flowers (peony …) and small notes of ripe red berries associated with slight hints of cassis, cherry and spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful suavity / gourmandise as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of red cherry, crushed / ripe redcurrants and raspberry acidulous candy associated with small notes of acidulous cassis as well as slight touches of flowers and very discreet hints of strawberry. Good length.
