The nose is fruity and offers a fine gourmandise as well as a fine suavity / intensity. It reveals notes of quince, crushed pear and small notes of vanilla associated with small touches of citrus and a (very) discreet hint of fresh flowers, minerality and ripe almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, elegant, round, precise and offers a good definition, a beautiful juiciness, a beautiful guideline, an acid frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, fleshy / juicy peach and small notes of quince associated with small touches of pear, zest as well as an imperceptible touch of kumquat and almond. Good length and good persistence.
