The nose is fruity, elegant, aromatic and offers precision. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of lemon, apple, Williams pear and small notes of quince associated with touches of juicy kumquat, quenette and a very discreet hint of grapefruit mesocarp. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, precise, round, mineral, delicate and offers fat, a fine straightness, a small aerial side, a small freshness, delicacy as well as a fine acid / juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy kumquat and small notes of apple associated with fine touches of citrus and a very discreet hint of flowers (in the background). Good length and good persistence. There are a very discreet hint of butter and a very discreet hint of toasted almond on the finish / persistence. There is an imperceptible touch of vanilla on the aftertaste.
