The nose is fruity and offers fleshiness. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of pear, brugnon and small notes of quince associated with small touches of yellow fruit, beeswax as well as a very discreet hint of butter and an imperceptible hint of almond. The mouth is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a fine mineral frame, elegance, gourmandise, subtlety, a fine richness (in the background) as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed Brugnon, pear and quince associated with touches of butter, beeswax, crushed mirabelle plum as well as a discreet hint of apple (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of almond. Good length. Very long / Beautiful and gourmande persistence. Congratulations !
