The palate is fruity, juicy and offers a slight suavity, tension, a fine acidulous frame as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, crystallized kumquat and small notes of lychee associated with touches of roasted pineapple, candied peach, subtle hints of quenette, racy minerality as well as an imperceptible touch of mango fresh and zests.
