The nose is fruity, juicy, gourmand, elegant and offers generosity. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, cassis, blueberry and red berry jam combined with touches of cherry, vanilla as well as discreet hints of flowers and caramelization. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise, elegant, beautifully built, slightly powerful and offers a small straightness, a fine mineral frame, tension, a certain complexity, generosity, a small freshness as well as roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of blueberry, licorice, cocoa as well as discreet hints of olive / garrigue (rosemary …) and an imperceptible touch of vanilla (in the background). Tannins are fine, precise and elegant.
