The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers elegance. It reveals notes of black cherry, cassis and small notes of red berries associated with small touches of camphor, violet, Sichuan pepper as well as discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a fine unctuosity, a good structure, suavity, a fine acid frame, gourmandise, finesse as well as a crunchy / juicy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Bigarreau cherry, ripe / juicy redcurrants and small notes of blackberry, raspberry associated with slight hints of plum as well as small hints of cocoa, of grilled oak and discreet hints of garrigue (in the background). Tannins are a bit firm and very slightly dry. (2020+)
