The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, well-balanced, well-built, elegant and offers a beautiful acid frame, a good structure, a fine roundness as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, crushed Brugnon and small notes of pineapple, quenette associated with touches of apple, vanilla, racy minerality as well as an imperceptible touch of fresh apricot and eucalyptus (in the background). Good persistence.
