The nose is fruity, racy and offers power and concentration. It reveals notes of cherry, raspberry and small notes of fleshy berries associated with touches of gray pepper, laurel and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine suavity, a (very) slight unctuosity, a fine tension / straightness, finesse as well as a fine gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, fleshy raspberry, crushed redcurrants and small notes of strawberry associated with a discreet touch of olive tree as well as subtle hints of sweet spices (in the background) and an imperceptible toasted hint. Tannins are well-built. There is a very discreet hint of chocolate and an imperceptible touch of coffee on the persistence.
