The nose is aromatic, elegant and offers power as well as concentration. It reveals notes of caramelization, candied mandarin and small notes of Zante currant associated with fine notes of dried apricot as well as discreet hints of dried peach, rancio, cedar wood, spices and a very discreet hint of salinity (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, beautifully balanced, clean, precise and offers a good definition, a beautiful acid / acidulous frame, tension, an airy side, gourmandise, richness, a beautiful freshness as well as a fine juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied mandarin, dried apricot and small notes of dried peach associated with a discreet hint of dried fig as well as subtle hints of almond, juicy orange, subtle toasted hints and caramelization. Good length. Beautiful and aromatic persistence.
