The nose is aromatic, fine and offers elegance, power as well as a small richness. It reveals notes of crushed raspberry, crushed cherry and a touch of blackberry, cassis skin associated with touches of Cuben pepper, spices, nutmeg as well as discreet toasted hints and an imperceptible hint of blond tobacco. After aeration, the wine offers an imperceptible hint of chocolate. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine acid frame, a fine minerality as well as a fine freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of fleshy redcurrant associated with small touches of blueberry, plum, spices, nutmeg as well as discreet hints of pepper, flowers and an imperceptible touch of sweet blond tobacco. Tannins are well-built and very finely firm. Good length.
