The nose is aromatic, slightly powerful and offers elegance and a fine complexity. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of blackberry, undergrowth and small notes of wild strawberry, minerality associated with slight hints of Sichuan pepper, crushed cassis, spices as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, precise, suave and offers a good definition, a fine juicy / acidulous frame, elegance, a fine freshness (in the background) as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of crushed raspberry combined with small touches of wild strawberry as well as slight / discreet hints of olive, racy minerality and a very discreet hint of tobacco. Good length. Therer is a very discreet hint of almost saline minerality on the finish.
