The nose is fruity, elegant, precise and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of crushed blueberry and crushed wild red berries associated with small notes of garrigue and a discreet hint of spices. The palate is fruity, suave, well-balanced, precise, “clean”, airy, (very) slightly tight, silky and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandise, delicacy, roundness, a beautiful finesse as well as a small suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed raspberry, wild redcurrants and small notes of blueberry, cherry associated with touches of olive, liquorice as well as hints of spices, Ceylon tea and a hint of sweet blond tobacco. Tannins are well-built. Good length. Fine chews on the finish. There are slight hints of chocolate on the finish.
