The nose is fruity and (very) slightly powerful. It reveals notes of red cherry, wild raspberry and berries associated with hints of plum, violet as well as subtle / discreet hints of chocolate, garrigue, spice and nutmeg. The palate is fresh (good freshness), fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine acid frame, minerality and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy wild strawberry and small notes of wild berries associated with discreet touches of cherry, garrigue, sweet spices as well as a subtle touch of Cuben pepper ( in the background), vanilla and spices (nutmeg …). Tannins are (very) slightly chewy. There is a hint of chocolate on the finish / persistence.
