The nose is a bit closed. The wine needs to be served in carafe. It reveals notes of spices / almonds, fresh lemon and lemongrass associated with fine touches of clementine / fresh citrus fruits as well as a discreet hint of beeswax. The palate is fruity, juicy, slightly “perlante” (discreet sparkling sensation), well-balanced and offers a fine fat, a beautiful acid frame, a racy minerality as well as a beautiful grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon and fleshy / crunchy green apple associated with fine touches of mandarin zest, racy minerality, citrus mesocarp and crunchy brugnon. Good length.
