The nose is fruity and offers concentration as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of lemon zest, apple, crunchy brugnon and varietal notes associated with a very discreet hint of mandarin zest. The palate is fruity, juicy, elegant, gourmande, well-balanced, suave, precise, racy and offers an acid frame, a beautiful suavity, a beautiful definition, minerality, fat, a beautiful roundness as well as a beautiful juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy vine peach, fleshy pear and small notes of ripe / juicy citrus fruit (mandarin, lemon) associated with discreet touches of pineapple as well as subtle / discreet hints of quince (in the background). Good length. There is an imperceptible hint of beeswax and almond on the aftertaste / persistence (bring gourmandise).
