The palate is fruity, fresh, beautifully balanced and offers a beautiful fat, a beautiful definition, finesse, a beautiful structure, a fine creaminess as well as an acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of exotic fruits, quince, ripe mirabelle and citrus associated with fine touches of beeswax, mandarin zest, slight toasted touches, vanilla (in the background), almost saline minerality and imperceptible hints of flowers / grove (in the background).
