A pure Cognac, balanced, clean and elegant. The nose shows notes of dried fruits (raisins, apricots) associated with notes of plums and prunes. The palate is fruity (apricot, plum, prune, peach) and spices (including cloves). A slightly alcoholic final but do not overload the mouth. Good length and depth on the palate. This Cognac has a pleasant air side tasting.
