The nose is fruity, finely creamy and offers a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of white fruit (pear, brugnon) and small notes of lemon cream combined with a hint of nuts and brioche. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers an acid frame, a fine suavity and a good definition. The effervescence is fine and quite dynamic. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe green apple and small notes of pear associated with a subtle hint of beeswax. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of mandarin on the aftertaste.
