Tolosa – Primera Pinot Noir 2015 – Edna Ranch – Edna Valley

The nose is fruity, fresh, straight and offers elegance as well as a slight concentration. It reveals notes of black cherry and fleshy / concentrated black berries associated with slight touches of toasted oak, chocolate, licorice as well as subtle touches of tobacco, slight / discreet touches of coffee, Zan and subtle hints of mint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality as well as juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, black cherry and slight touches of plum associat-ed with hints of strawberry as well as discreet touches of licorice, toasted touches and an imperceptible toasted touch / chocolate. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
