The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful freshness, minerality, an acid frame, gourmandise, a slight depthness as well as a slight intensity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy peach, green apple and slight / subtle touches of quince associated with a touch of exotic fruits as well as a subtle / imperceptible hint of zests (in the background). Good length. There are subtle / discreet touches of toasted oak / vanilla on the aftertaste.
