It reveals notes of blueberry, juicy fleshy cassis, and slight notes of boysenberry jelly associated with hints of wild strawberry, small touches of spices as well as a subtle / discreet toasted hint and vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers straightness, a slight juiciness, tension as well as a slight depthness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, cassis and slight touches of black cherry, blueberry, fleshy red fruits associated with discreet touches of toasted wood, liquorice / Zan as well as a very discreet touch of spices and tobacco. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
