On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberry, plum and blueberry associated with discreet touches of ripe / fleshy redcurrants, slight touches of raspberry as well as subtle touches of caramel, wood, cardamom and subtle touches of fresh / crunchy hazelnut. Tannins are elegant. Good length and persistence. There are slight touches of dark chocolate on the persistence. Beautiful suavity and gourmandise on the finish.
