The nose is fruity, fresh, tight, powerful and offers gourmandise as well as minerality. It reveals fine notes of crème de cassis, blackberry and slight touches of wild strawberry combined with subtle hints of Zan, spices and menthol. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral, precise, powerful and offers a beautiful freshness, a beautiful juiciness as well as a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy raspberry and slight notes of black cherry associated with touches of cassis, slight touches of juicy raspberry, a touch of crushed Gariguette strawberry as well as subtle touches of toasted oak, sweet spices and vanilla. Good length.
