It reveals fine notes of crushed blackberry, wild strawberry and plum associated with touches of blueberry and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, delicate, mineral, elegant and offers a beautiful velvety matter, suavity, a good fresh / mineral frame, a beautiful definition, finesse, a beautiful structure as well as gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, cassis and slight notes of plum, wild strawberry associated with touches of redcurrant, wood, sweet spices, a subtle hint of liquorice / colas as well as slight hints of dark chocolate / vanilla, caramelization and a discreet hint of salinity (brings gourmandise and suavity). Good length.
