The nose is aromatic and offers concentration, a slight freshness as well as elegance. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed raspberry and black cherry associated with a touch of cassis / plum, slight touches of violet, Sichuan pepper and slight hints of tonka bean, Ceylon tea, spices and an imperceptible touch of vanilla. The palate is fruity, mineral, suave, well-balanced, silky and offers gourmandise, a beautiful finesse, harmony, gourmandise, a nice juiciness, a slight freshness, a good definition as well as a sight tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy cassis and slight notes of strawberry associated with a touch of cherry, cassis bud, licorice, sweet spices / vanilla and a very discreet hint of cardamom. Tannins are fine and a bit tight. Good length and good persistence. There is a hint of Zan on the persistence.
