The nose is fruity, slightly stric and offers a fine straightness as well as a slight power. It reveals notes of cassis, black cherry and slight notes of fresh wild redcurrant combined with a subtle toasted / caramelized touch, vanilla and an imperceptible hint of vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice mineral frame, a slight freshness, a slight juiciness, tension and a small aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh raspberry, cassis and slight notes of juicy berries, blackberry associated with subtle toasted hints, spices and an imperceptible hint of cassis bud (in the background). Tannins are well-built. There is a very discreet hint of salinity on the finish / aftertaste.
