The nose is elegant and offers a slight intensity, a slight richness as well as creaminess. It reveals notes of egg cream, lemon and slight notes of vine peach associated with subtle hints of pear, white flowers as well as a hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of beeswax. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, a bit aerial and offers a beautiful delicacy, elegance, fat, suavity, a slight acid frame, a slight juiciness as well as tension. The effervescence is unctuous and elegant. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, egg cream and vine peach associated with a touch of pear, a very discreet hint of quenette as well as subtle touches of spices / almond and beeswax. The finish is a bit tight. Good length. There is a discreet hint of frangipane on the persistence.
