The nose is fruity and offers a slight freshness as well as a slight creaminess. It reveals notes of egg cream, fresh brugnon, pear and slight notes of fresh lemon associated with a touch of zest, minerality as well as an imperceptible touch of quince (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, mineral and offers dynamism, a small straightness, a good freshness, fleshy fruits as well as a slight suavity. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, fresh apple and fresh white nectarine associated with small notes of quince, beeswax as well as an imperceptible touch of pâtisseries (in the background). Good length and good persistence. There are touches of chalky minerality on the aftertaste.
